Spring Education Groups Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs. Carrington Academy is seeking a creative and passionate Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators! Our preschool program provides a balance of learning and play, helping children build the academic and social skills that prepare them for Pre-K and beyond.

As a Lead Preschool Teacher, youll inspire curiosity, nurture confidence, and create meaningful learning experiences that make every day exciting and purposeful for young learners.

What Youll Do:

• Design and deliver engaging lessons that promote exploration, early literacy, and critical thinking.
• Encourage independence and collaboration through hands-on, play-based learning.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families.
• Partner with fellow teachers and school leaders to create a warm, inclusive classroom environment.
• Support the school community through teamwork, creativity, and a shared passion for excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Previous experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a nurturing, enthusiastic personality.

• Authorization to work in the United States
