About the Position:
Our client, an international law firm with a midwestern culture of collegiality and teamwork, is actively seeking a private equity fund formation lawyer to join its Chicago office as a mid-level associate. This firm boasts a top-ranked corporate practice and its esteemed fund structuring/fund services team counsels many of the world’s leading private equity funds.
Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of large law firm fund formation experience, particularly with representing private fund sponsors and institutional investors
· Top academic credentials
