Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Hoosick Falls, NY

Pay Range: $19

What's the Job?

• Operate production equipment and/or perform product cleaning processes
• Move materials efficiently within the plant
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Control inventory of finished, scrap, and held goods, reordering as necessary
• Participate actively in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate mobile equipment safely
• Basic knowledge of plant computer hardware and software
• Willingness to learn and perform various jobs throughout the plant
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
