Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
• Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings in the Cedar Rapids area.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings at the Monica Hayes Team office and various locations.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Stay current with industry developments, continuing education, and licensing requirements to maintain professional expertise.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
