Job Description

Soni is currently seeking a full-time Receptionist to provide support to a premier Law Firm in Miami. You will be responsible for front-desk operations, coordinate office services, and support various administrative functions. This role is 100% on-site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, clients, and candidates; handle all receptionist duties.
  • Manage conference room scheduling and monitor shared voicemail inboxes.
  • Set up FedEx accounts, troubleshoot shipping issues, and handle office supply invoices appropriately.
  • Prepare employee access cards/building fobs and order business cards.
  • Maintain PTO calendars and distribute daily broadcast emails.
  • Coordinate courier deliveries and pickups.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, outstanding balances, and service changes.
  • Process reimbursement reports through the appropriate systems.
  • Reconcile a local bank account and prepare weekly A/P and A/R packages for corporate processing.
  • Create and bill consultation records in internal systems.
  • Provide training to staff as needed.
  • Copying/scanning incoming mail.
  • Supporting event planning and office catering.
  • Assisting with office projects, kitchen supply stocking, and archiving case files.
  • Providing coverage during breaks and PTO.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of office experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to lift and move boxes, push a cart, climb stairs, and sit for extended periods

Compensation: $18-20/ Hour
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
