Job Description

Job Description

InDyne is a full-service military, civilian and commercial operations company. Our Mission is to provide tailored cost effective, quality services and solutions. Our Vision is to exceed customer expectations by delivering results through agility, flexibility and responsiveness. Our Core Values include integrity, trust and loyalty. We are seeking to fill the following position:

Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

Location: Onsite, Lexington Park/Patuxent River, MD | Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you passionate about connecting great talent with the right opportunities? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your ideas shape hiring strategies? We’re looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruiting lifecycle —from sourcing standout candidates to ensuring they’re set up for long-term success.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our HR team, you will:

  • Drive strategic hiring initiatives by partnering with hiring managers to deeply understand each role and its impact on the business.

  • Source top talent through career pages, social media, job boards, and networking events.

  • Screen and interview candidates via phone, video, and in-person meetings.

  • Manage candidates through the entire process—from first contact to job offer and beyond.

  • Negotiate offers and support candidates during onboarding.

  • Track and optimize recruiting performance with KPIs like time-to-hire and source effectiveness.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in our ATS and HR databases.

  • Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and professional conferences.

  • Handle pre-employment screenings and coordinate new-hire onboarding activities.

  • Pitch in on broader HR functions—new hire orientation, audits, and departmental support—when needed.

What You Bring
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

  • 1–2 years of recruiting or HR experience (corporate, agency, or military/contracting environment).

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS, Deltek Talent Management, or similar).

  • Practical knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, ClearanceJobs.com, etc.).

  • Strong interpersonal skills, quick decision-making abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work independently without losing sight of the team’s goals.

  • Willingness to travel and occasionally work overtime to meet mission requirements.

Why Join Us?

You’ll be part of a mission-driven organization that values innovation, teamwork, and professional growth. Here, your recruiting expertise directly shapes the future of our workforce—and you’ll have the tools, resources, and support to make an impact.
