As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and evolving the firm's Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day functionality of the Salesforce platform, ensuring smooth operation and user support
• Develop and implement automation strategies to improve business processes and reduce manual work
• Customize dashboards, reports, and workflows to provide actionable insights and enhance user experience
• Manage user access, security settings, and system configurations across multiple environments
• Coordinate with teams using integrated platforms to ensure seamless data exchange and system alignment
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and identify opportunities for optimization
• Support testing and deployment efforts across sandbox and production environments
• Contribute to internal documentation and training to promote platform adoption and consistency

• Minimum of five years of experience in a Salesforce administration role, ideally in a fast-paced or regulated environment
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications are a plus
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud or integrations with platforms such as HubSpot, Tableau, or Cvent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical, user-friendly solutions
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
• A self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
