The Salesforce Administrator will be critical in managing and enhancing the platform to ensure it aligns with business objectives. This role involves maintaining and enhancing Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other system configurations, supporting end-users, and driving efficiency by optimizing Salesforce features. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a focus on continuous improvement, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Duties & Responsibilities System Administration: Manage user accounts, profiles, permissions, roles, and security settings in Salesforce. Service Cloud Management: Case Setup, Case Queues, Escalation Rules, Case Teams, Email-to-Case, Entitlements, Entitlement Processes, Milestones, Omni-Channel Routing, Omni-Channel Setup, Presence Configuration, Routing Rules, Knowledge Management & Configuration, Knowledge Reporting. Experience Management: Experience Builder Configuration, Workspace Management, CMS Workspaces, and Audiences. Configuration: Customize Salesforce using declarative tools, such as Flows, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, and Fields. Data Management: Maintain data quality through deduplication, imports/exports, and regular audits. User Support: Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and respond to requests for system enhancements. Reports and Dashboards: Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to enable business teams to make data-driven decisions. Training and Documentation: Train users on new features, processes, and best practices; develop and maintain system documentation. System Optimization: Continuously evaluate platform usage and recommend enhancements to improve productivity and user experience. Automation: To streamline business processes and implement process automation, such as flows, approvals, and scheduled jobs. Release Management: Assist with Salesforce updates, testing new features, and ensuring compatibility with business processes. Required Experience 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud. Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Validation Rules, and Reports/Dashboards. Experience managing users, roles, and permissions. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud. Strong understanding of data management, including importing/exporting data and maintaining data integrity. Desired Experience Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder). Experience with Salesforce integrations or third-party tools (e.g., Tableau, DocuSign, Certinia). Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira. Experience with data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader, Data Import Wizard). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and user training abilities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and system performance. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated with a proactive, continuous improvement mindset. Compensation: $105,000 - 135,000
