Title : Salesforce Business Analyst Responsibilities: Understand the strategy and the changing needs of the business via business workshop facilitation and roadmap development for future state. This will involve working with global management teams and colleagues across geographies. You will focus on recommending process innovation and efficiencies through current state process analysis, user experience, observations, industry trends, standard methodologies (Design Thinking, Agile,), leading-edge technology and process improvement ideas to challenge the status quo and deliver extraordinary customer-focused solutions. Be the inspiring team member in developing solutions as well as leading the project execution. It is important that you can think strategically, connecting the dots in the bigger picture, as well as being comfortable in the details of the deliverables. We propose solutions beyond what has been requested by our business partners. You will work on opportunities to build for scale by designing holistically, with a focus on flexibility and maintainability. Partner with leadership teams to craft business cases and budget for changes/projects. Set up success criteria for your initiatives that are clearly measurable and achievable through the scope of deliverables, then ongoing tracking against these success criteria Adopt a standardized development lifecycle methodology for all projects- from mobilization to scoping, requirements, use case documentation, design, business readiness, testing and implementation. Support key business processes promoting application, data integrity, governance, and compliance. Support Marketing and select Sales business processes and associated reporting needs Support users of existing applications Manage User Acceptance Testing with end users, including writing scripts and securing user acceptance sign offs. Prepare the business for the change and adoption - Ensuring that from the very start of the project, there is a change management plan in place. By the time, we are live - the business is ready and excited to take on the adjustments to people, process and technology. Actively participate in ongoing discussions and engagements on the future roadmap with Salesforce. Skills Required : Organized, with a natural inclination for both strategic and tactical planning and turn strategy into tangible deliverables. Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere. Problem solving and root cause identification skills. Flexibility to work in ambiguous situations, highly matrix environments, and support other cross-program work-streams, as necessary. Ability to be detail oriented and can separate priorities from distractions. You are able to analyze business requirements to determine the most effective approach to serving the needs of the organization . High level of professionalism, energy and sense of urgency to make things happen. Ability to establish and maintain trust, credibility and build strong relationships. Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. Lead by example and support, encourage and develop team members. Exceptional written and verbal communication, and presentation skills, to audiences of varying seniority. 'Service cloud, Admin and Agile [Jira] Related Technical Skills required Strong knowledge of Enterprise channel & End customer sales. Experience in Sales operations, partner management & enablement preferred. 5 + years of experience as a business analyst and admin role leading enterprise-scale Marketing & CRM, projects. Understanding of Salesforce Platform functionality and best practices preferred, Sales cloud exp. Understanding of Omni queue based routing, service cloud understanding, Admin and Service cloud certification, Agile methodology, 6+ years of salesforce experience Candidate should be based anywhere in the US and comfortable working EST hours Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets and using salesforce data tools.
