Milestone Systems is on a significant growth journey, and we are looking for a Senior Sales Trainer that will support this journey in the Americas.

We are looking for a Senior Sales Trainer to join our Americas Team. The preferred location for the Senior Sales Trainer is at our Americas Headquarters in Lake Oswego, Oregon, but we are open to remote candidates located within two hours of a major airport in the contiguous United States. The Senior Sales Trainer will report to our Global Sales Training Manager.

Developing and delivering efficient training for Milestone's Go-To-Market organization plays an important role in our strategic journey. In the role as Senior Sales Trainer, you will successfully drive, develop, and conduct training for the entire Milestone Go-To-Market organization in the Americas.

Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for:
  • Conduct training workshops for all commercial roles within Milestone's Go-To-Market organization in the Americas.
  • Supporting and guiding that Milestone delivers the different trainings using the right approach and format.
  • Supporting key strategic initiatives, and product launches by developing efficient training content and material for the sales organization ensuring fast and competent adoption of new products and business models
  • Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders and departments across Milestone's America presence
  • Help develop training material for all commercial roles within Milestone's Go-To-Market organization including sales management.
  • Must be able to travel at least 25 - 30 days a year
What the ideal candidate profile would look like

We expect that you already have experience in both developing and delivering sales training.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience delivering sales training
  • Experience developing sales training
  • Experience with both delivering training online and in-person
  • Preferably the right candidate has experience delivering training to sales management
  • Experience working closely with a global sales organization. You know the inner workings of sales and know what it takes to efficiently support and train sales
  • Experience working in an international company.
  • Experience from a management consulting company is an advantage
  • Preferably you have hands-on sales experience
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal with Spanish a plus
  • Structured with good project manager skills
  • Capable of driving multiple parallel projects at the same time
  • Strong business acumen
  • Self-motivated and motivated by enabling your colleagues in sales
  • Driven, proactive, and passionate with a positive can-do attitude
  • Tenacious when it comes to seeing assigned projects through to the very end
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, yet with the calmness to complete most important tasks first
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills, operating eye-to-eye at all levels

The annual earnings for this position range from $92,434 to $128,944 with most candidates falling in the $104,161 to $114,244 range. Pay is based on the level, location, complexity, responsibility, and job duties of the specific position and is just one component of Milestone's total compensation package. Additionally, we offer an attractive benefits package that includes medical/dental benefits, FSA or HSA, 401k with 6% Safe Harbor employer match, paid parental leave, generous PTO (20 days' vacation, 10 days paid sick time, and 12 company holidays), fully paid Short Term disability policy, fully paid Long Term disability policy, and Life Insurance.
