Job Description: As a Sephora Beauty Director, you will function as an unbiased, expert voice within the beauty community and industry, with the goal of reinforcing Sephora as the leading beauty destination for all to get inspired, play and learn. In this role, you will deliver approachable and relatable beauty knowledge through all Sephora channels, including social, video, events, Beauty Insider Community and press. As a marketing professional who is savvy with social media and platform content management, you will be a collaborative partner in creating digital, social and public-facing content, based on established marketing programs throughout the year(s). [ads1] Job Responsibilities: Provide content for regional and national pitches Provide copy for talking points and editorial responses Passion for social media and playing with new apps and tools to create engaging content Passion for content creation and storytelling; ability to create compelling content at live events or how-to application for Sephora social channels Virtual and in-person Deskside appointments Written and in-person interviews Bring a relatable and approachable editorial voice to marketing content across social and public relations Collaborate with Sephora’s Merchandising partners on priority brand launches through Education Trainings and branded content Support 3rd Party brands at Sephora through education trainings and partnering on in person or virtual events, as well as Social collaborations Host in-person and virtual events, supporting Sephora’s priorities initiatives Collaborate with Sephora Collection National Artist, Helen Phillips, on events, product launches, national and regional pitches, and more. Job Requirements: Represent the spirit and integrity of Sephora, professionally and ethically, with a full understanding of the Sephora concept and values Thrives in an environment with a large amount of public exposure and a diverse range of personalities and opinions Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and interpersonal), with a keen understanding of press relations and how to balance messaging and company priorities as a spokesperson Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and projects across cross functional partners On camera background and comfortability with professional presence, including confidence and ease, either alone or with others in an on-camera conversation Charisma, thinks on the fly, can balance personality and professional perspective with business objectives and priorities Elevated computer and social media skills including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Dreamweaver. Thorough knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter analytics, Shareable, Crowdtangle, and iLoop Mobile Qualification & Experience: Knowledgeable in beauty and lifestyle trends, including but not limited to product development, ingredient trends, looks and styles Knowledgeable in all Sephora product departments, with an emphasis on hair and skincare, and has an artistry skill set of Senior Artist or above, ability to demonstrate beauty techniques via live of tapped demo with minimal to no touch ups Ability to effectively and successfully operate with high energy and flexibility in a constantly evolving environment Job Details: Company: Sephora Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: San Francisco, CA Application Deadline: N/A [ads2] Apply Here instantcareers.net #J-18808-Ljbffr
