Neave Group Outdoor Solutions is seeking experienced Skid Steer Operators to join our team for the upcoming snow removal season.
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities will vary depending on site needs and may include:
Operating skid steers for snow removal and site maintenance
Assisting with plowing, salting, and de-icing operations
Ensuring safe and efficient operation of all snow removal equipment
Maintaining communication with team leaders and site managers
Being available for long shifts during snow events and ready to mobilize quickly
Proven experience operating skid steers, loaders, and other snow equipment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus)
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in demanding winter conditions
