Salary Range: $25-$33 hr plus mileage / $10,000 Bonus

Required: Clean DNV, LMSW from MS , 2 years clinical experience

Schedule: M-F / on call as needed

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• Masters Degree from accredited school of Social Work or related field; Valid license/registration of permit to practice in state(s) of agency operation if required
• Medicare/Medicaid/Insurance specialty preferred

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Licensed to practice as a clinical social worker in the state of agency operation if required
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
