Sr. Application Development Analyst (UiPath)

The Sr. Application Development Analyst (UiPath) is responsible for providing analytical and programming support for our Corporate Product Excellence solutions team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and at least 4 years of hands-on experience with UiPath as an automation developer. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions to improve business processes and efficiency.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: Participating in system requirements gathering, design, coding and related technical tasks; including writing program specifications and design documents for relational databases and transactions services using a standard Project Life Cycle methodology. Writing Automation programs according to department standards and performing appropriate unit and systems tests. Analyzing and tuning system performance. Preparing process and other documentation as required. Functioning as a Project Coordinator on small projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex RPA solutions using UiPath
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation
• Create and maintain documentation for RPA processes and workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP, Workday and other enterprise systems to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UiPath features and industry trends
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment

Required Qualifications

• * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• * Minimum of 4 years of experience in UiPath development
• * Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Test Manager, Communications Mining, AI and GenAI activity packs, and API Integration
• * Experience with UiPath ReFramework and best practices
• * Solid understanding of RPA concepts and methodologies
• * Proficiency in VB.NET and C#
• * Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ's Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $98,000.00.
