Job Details Essential Functions:

• Deliver strategic tax planning for business entities S & C corps, partnerships
• Experience in consolidated tax returns
• Knowledge of income tax law. Will be responsible for all aspects of tax services, including preparation of Individual, Corporate, Partnership, Estates, Gift Tax and Trust Returns
• Ability to build relationships with clients, focus on understanding their needs and deliver timely and high-quality service
• Mentor staff accountants through leadership and training objectives
• Takes ownership of billing/budget procedures which may include addressing difficult billing, collection, or budget matters
• Participate in networking and business development activities for personal and professional growth

You should know some of the following:

• 2-4 years of experience as a tax associate, tax accountant or tax intern
• Degree in accounting, any Tax exp. is a plus
• Background in GAAP accounting
• Any exp. with general and accounting related computer software with preferred experience in ProSystems, Adavanced Flow, QuickBooks, Yardi Breeze experience a plus
