Description
Processes transactions, resolves an array of customer requests and provides general customer service for internal and external customers. Some duties include, but are not limited to, vehicle title processing, responding to customer and partner through Service Console cases, researching and providing documentation related to vehicle titling, violations, registration and MSO/MCOs. Works directly with internal and external customers via email, phone and in person, maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality within tight deadlines, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to:
- Contact point for Credit Leasing internal and external customers
- Process vehicle titles
- Complete work within required deadlines
- Ability to move between tasks as priorities dictate
- Ability to navigate and learn multiple software applications
MUST HAVES
Vehicle Title Work Experience from dealership, auction or bank

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
