Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and self-sufficient Medical Technologist (MT/MLT) to
join our team as a generalist. This role requires working independently on night
shifts and includes phlebotomy responsibilities. The ideal candidate is
reliable, confident in their skills, and comfortable making decisions
independently in a clinical laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Perform a wide range of laboratory tests across multiple disciplines as a
generalist.
2. Accurately analyze and report laboratory results in a timely manner.
3. Conduct phlebotomy procedures as part of daily responsibilities.
4. Maintain laboratory instruments and ensure quality control procedures are
followed.
5. Work independently during overnight shifts.
6. Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
7. Rotate coverage on weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Required Qualifications
1. MLS/MLT, ASCP or AMT certified.
2. Experience as a generalist in a large facility
3. Must be able to work in a large hospital experience. Busy Lab.
4. Travel experience required.

Education: Associate's Degree

Certification: Medical Laboratory Certification

Compunnel Healthcare Job ID #AN-1509. Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
