• Hours per Week: 36\n
• Patient Assignment: 2-3:1 ratio\n
• Float Requirement: May float to other ICU or Step-down units as needed\n

\n\nICU Registered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio\n
• RN Critical Care certification (CCRN) preferred\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience (Neurosurgical ICU experience highly preferred)\n
• Proficient in invasive intracranial pressure monitoring and frequent neurological assessments\n
• Skilled in hemodynamic monitoring and routine CT, MRI, and Angio procedures\n
• Current immunizations and health screenings (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Influenza, TB/PPD)\n
• Completion of skills checklist, competency exam, and background checks required\n
• Valid Driver's License or State ID required for submission\n

\n\nICU Nurse Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver expert critical care to patients with acute neurological and neurosurgical conditions\n
• Monitor and manage invasive intracranial pressure devices in a Neuro ICU setting\n
• Perform frequent and thorough neurological assessments\n
• Provide advanced hemodynamic monitoring and interpret diagnostic imaging (CT, MRI, Angio)\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans\n
• Float to other ICU or step-down units as needed to support patient care\n
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and clinical support\n
