What We're Looking for and How to Get Hired

We're looking for real welders, people who show up, suit up, and know how to lay down clean, solid welds with Flux-Core. If you've got 3+ years of industrial welding experience, especially with stainless steel, and you're confident in your ability to pass a 2G, 3G, and 4G weld test, we want to talk to you.

You'll need to be:

• At least 21 years old
• Able to pass a drug test and background check (no felonies in the last 7 years)
• Physically capable of working at heights, in tight spaces, and on your feet all day
• Comfortable with continuous nationwide travel - no exceptions

This isn't a 9-to-5 job. You'll work on job sites all over the U.S., climbing scaffolding, reading blueprints, and welding where the work takes you. It's tough, physical work, but it's steady, well-paid, and gets you out of the same old routine.
