Automation Architect – UiPath Key Responsibilities Design and Develop Automation Architectures Build scalable automation solutions leveraging UiPath to optimize business processes across the enterprise. Develop robust, reusable, and secure automation frameworks ensuring compliance with IT and security policies. Define Standards and Governance Establish and enforce automation standards, governance models, and best practices to drive consistency and quality. Collaborate with Stakeholders Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Partner with Finance, HR, and other functional teams to integrate automation with enterprise applications such as ERP, HRIS, and other critical systems. Evaluate Tools and Methodologies Lead the evaluation and selection of automation tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance automation capabilities. Technical Leadership Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to automation developers and engineers. Drive the adoption of AI, machine learning, and intelligent document processing to extend automation capabilities. Performance Monitoring and Optimization Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation performance to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability. Qualifications Education / Experience / Background Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution. 5+ years of experience as an RPA with a focus on UiPath. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Strong knowledge of enterprise application integration, APIs, and data flow automation. Proven expertise in designing scalable, reusable, and secure automation frameworks. Experience with scripting and programming languages such as Python, .NET, and JavaScript. Familiarity with AI-driven automation, intelligent OCR, and process mining tools. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps automation practices. Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD automation pipelines. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in Finance and HR process automation. Knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and security best practices in automation.
