Job Title: UX Content Conversation Designer Location: Ashburn, VA Type: Contract Contractor Work Model: Remote Description: • Design end-to-end conversation flows for chatbots and other conversational interfaces like IVR. • Write conversational content that aligns with our brand voice and user needs. • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define and implement conversation strategies. • Use data, user research, and testing to iterate and improve conversations over time. • Define intents, utterances, and response logic for AI/NLU systems. • Help establish and maintain conversation design guidelines and best practices. • Advocate for the user and promote accessibility and inclusivity in language. Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in conversation design. • Strong portfolio of conversational work (chat, voice, or multimodal). • Excellent writing and editing skills with an ear for natural-sounding language. • Understanding of design thinking, user experience principles, and accessibility standards. • Familiarity with conversational AI platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, IBM Watson, Voiceflow, etc.). • Comfort with ambiguity and a collaborative spirit A Contractor - UX Content Conversation Designer creates engaging, user-centric conversational experiences for digital products and services "1.
