Overview Z SUPPLY is an established California Women’s lifestyle apparel brand that is leading the space for casual, comfortable style. Position The Videographer will lead our video content strategy across all e-commerce and marketing channels, which will be critical to brand development and e-commerce business growth. This position requires a creative thinker who can own the video content process from beginning to end, including concepting, storyboarding, filming, and video editing, to support brand storytelling and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate has experience working on campaigns on location and in a studio environment as well as the technical expertise to produce high-quality content on a consistent basis. Duties and Responsibilities Create video content across all e-commerce and marketing channels, including web, email, paid ads, social media, CTV, etc. to drive business growth Concept and storyboard videos that align with the Creative Director’s vision and further develop brand storytelling in preparation for shoots Film video in studio and on location as needed, following creative direction and content briefs and directing talent on set Create product videos for ecommerce that support consumer product education and paid ad videos with strong hooks to capture the attention of viewers Own the post-production process for video, from asset management to video editing and motion graphics Produce high-quality content in accordance with brand guidelines, fulfilling deliverables in a timely manner consistently Maintain an organized, professional work environment, managing video, sound, and lighting equipment and backdrops Stay up to date on video, content, and marketing trends to inform future strategy Shoot and edit videos of brand activations and events as needed Work cross-functionally with marketing and e-commerce teams to align on marketing strategy and support business needs Qualifications, Experience and Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of videography and video editing experience Experience working on location and in studio environments Experience with a fashion brand preferred Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro Proficient in DaVinci Resolve a plus Experience with After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite a plus Experience creating motion graphics, titles and animated assets for video content Proficient in camera and lighting equipment (DSLRs, mirrorless or cinema cameras, gimbals, etc.) with ability to adapt to both studio and on location environments Ability to replicate lighting from still photography for videography Proficient in color grading in post-production Creative thinker who can concept, storyboard, and create content Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Apps Experience with Slack, Asana, and Figma a plus Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Works well in a collaborative and fast-paced environment Strong project and file management skills Physical Demands / Working Conditions This position is currently operating as 3-4 days in office / partial remote position. Work is conducted in an air-conditioned office environment or at home office. Frequent use of hands, eyes, speech utilizing computer and work-related equipment. Frequent sitting, occasional standing / dexterity. To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role/level, a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, internal parity and other relevant factors. Flexibility outside of the salary range listed may be considered based on additional skills or qualifications a candidate may possess that may justify additional compensation. Company paid health benefits, PTO, bonus and other various company perks are not included in the salary range listed above and are considered additional compensation.
