WBRA is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting and Administrative Assistant to join our team. This full-time position plays a key role in supporting both financial operations and general office management.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with accounts receivable processing, reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records, preparing invoices and support month-end and year-end financial reporting, preparing Treasurer's Reports and present them at monthly board meetings, attending monthly board meetings to provide financial updates as well as maintaining organized filing systems and assisting in administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications: Associate's degree or higher in accounting or a related field preferred.
A minimum of 4 years of office experience in an accounting role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with accounting software, including QuickBooks.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
