About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President for Social Impact and Advocacy to lead and expand its mission of uplifting and empowering marginalized communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, bringing in new clients, and ensuring the team is organized and motivated to meet revenue and efficiency goals. This role involves providing the highest level of client service, developing integrated communications strategies, and fostering a strong team culture with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The EVP will also be expected to stay abreast of industry trends, measure the ROI of advocacy projects, and identify opportunities for thought leadership. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in progressive politics, strategic communications, media relations, digital strategy, advocacy, journalism, or a related field. The role requires a proven track record in business development, sales, and client management, as well as extensive team management experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the agency business model and experience in a communications agency is a plus.
