Location: Bainbridge Township, OH
Type: Full-Time | Store Opening in 2026!

As a Shift Leader – Overnight Stock , you’ll guide and inspire your team to ensure shelves are full, products are fresh, and customers experience the Meijer difference each morning. You’ll model leadership, support development, and create an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate the overnight stock team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Communicate daily priorities, assign work, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Coach and mentor team members to meet Meijer’s standards for service, safety, and productivity.
• Support hiring, training, and cross-training of high-potential talent.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan schedules that balance engagement, service, and profitability.
• Oversee inventory rotation, freshness, and food-safety compliance.
• Model our culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion every day.
• Operate powered equipment and registers when needed.

What You’ll Bring

• A passion for customer service and teamwork.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence, motivate, and develop others.
• Retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfort working overnight hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while stocking product.
