Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Exhibit Designer to join our team in Las Vegas, NV (On-site) . This full-time creative leadership role is perfect for a visionary designer with strong technical expertise who thrives on transforming client ideas into immersive 3D exhibit environments that combine creativity, functionality, and brand impact.

As a Senior Exhibit Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering trade show exhibits and branded environments that meet client goals, align with budgets, and are production-ready. You will collaborate closely with clients, account managers, project managers, and production teams , ensuring designs are both visually striking and buildable. This role also includes opportunities to mentor junior designers and contribute to the company's long-term creative vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Concept Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to interpret brand goals and translate them into innovative 3D exhibit concepts.

• Design Execution: Create detailed design packages, including renderings, floorplans, elevations, and fabrication drawings.

• Cost & Production Alignment: Work with project managers to ensure designs are cost-effective, practical, and aligned with material and production capabilities.

• Client Presentations: Present concepts, explain design intent, and incorporate client feedback into final deliverables.

• Material & Graphic Integration: Recommend finishes, materials, and graphics that enhance creativity while supporting fabrication feasibility.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure designs uphold company standards of creativity, innovation, and functionality.

• Mentorship & Team Collaboration: Support junior designers, share best practices, and contribute to a collaborative, creative team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience in trade show exhibits, experiential design, interior design, or architectural design (trade show industry strongly preferred).

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture , or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling/rendering tools (3ds Max, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, or similar), Adobe Creative Suite , and AutoCAD/Vectorworks .

• Strong portfolio showcasing custom trade show exhibits, branded environments, or experiential design projects .

• Knowledge of fabrication methods, materials, and graphic production processes .

• Strong creativity combined with practicality and client-driven problem-solving.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills .

• Highly organized, able to manage multiple deadlines with precision.

• Team-oriented with leadership potential and a passion for mentoring others.
