  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:
  • Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap that aligns with Kollective Technology’s strategic vision and market demands.
  • Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and integration milestones based on customer and market insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and successful go-to-market execution.
  • Metrics & Performance Tracking:
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for observability integrations and partnership initiatives.
  • Monitor product performance and partner effectiveness, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on observability platforms, cloud solutions, or related technologies.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong technical background with an understanding of observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus) and integration methodologies.
  • Experience working with APIs, data pipelines, and platform integrations.
  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable product plans.
  • Strategic & Analytical Skills:
  • Proven experience in managing strategic partnerships and driving technical collaborations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and product optimization.
  • Communication & Leadership:
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
